  • Other Portal Users: Your company, user name, or other submitted information, may appear on lists viewable by other users as part of the function of the portal

We will not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your Personal Information to outside parties except as specified above.

6. How Do We Store and Protect Your Personal Information?

Your Personal Information is stored on secure servers in Canada operated by Modern West Advisory. We retain your Personal Information for the duration of the program and for a reasonable time thereafter as required for audit, regulatory, and compliance purposes.

To protect the confidentiality and integrity of your Personal Information, we employ security measures including:
